HI Sarah, anything that they Dr recommends you should research and get some background on the subject. I would get the correct spelling on the process and do a search in this pages or try Google.
I think your best source is your Dr. or his office staff. I would call them as explain why your calling and that you are a patience. They can help answer the questions and then go from there.

I hope that this points you in a direction that helps you to understand what he plans to help your condition.

Actually I have the correct spelling,
And I have done the google thing, but that is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack!!!!
Thought that this would be easier to get some real feedback by people that have had this done or people that have knowledge in this procedure!!!!
Just trying to get some REAL answers instead of trying to filter through thousands of web pages!

Yes you are right about the spelling. When you use Google usually the first page is your best option. For example I searched and found this link in this site : Pain Management Technique: Radiofrequency Rhizotomy
When I when to Google, here is the first pagehttp://www.google.com/search?q=radiofrequency+rhizotomy&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&client=firefox-a&rlz=1R1GPCK_en___US367 You don't say where your problem is ((what part of the spine)so your going to get general information back. Write down some questions to ask your doctor office staff or the Dr. Get the reports of the tests that you had.. That will help you focus the problem The better the terms you use the better the information will come back. You don't give any details on your problem. The more that you give the better the return will be. I wish that I could help you more. Need MORE INFORMATION on the problem.
