Lower Back Pain

Started by kaivalya1999 on 03/31/2018 5:55am

I have lower back pain since December 2017 ( four months ...). I did physiotherapy and took vitamin D capsules ...as my vitamin D was low (7). Still i have back pain so I did an MRI which wrote on reports :
MR findings are suggestions of lumbarization of S1 vertical body with early degradation of L5-S1 intervertebral disc , showing mild diffuse disc bulge with central protrusion and no significant compressive effect. No MRI evidence of acute sacroilitis is seen.
What does this mean ? How will I get cured and what to do ?
