I have no idea what to do
Hi my name is Daisy I am 16 and I have had lower back pain for around 3 years now. I have been to numerous doctors and they have concluded there are no breaks or fractures and recommended seeing a chiropractor but I have been going to the chiropractor weekly for about 2 years now and I have not found relief. I have had MRIs and they said I had L5-S1: disc desiccation, posterior annular fissuring, a 6 mm central disc protrusion which flattens the central thecal sac, mild right stenosis, facet joint arthopathy with mild synovitis. L2-5: mild disc degeneration, annular disc bulge flattening ventral thecal sac, disc extending into the neural forming, minimal facet joint athropathy, and mild synovitis. Also an overall generalized curve to the left. I tried looking some of these things up but got even more confused.

I have also tried physical therapy for 6 months but it did not work.
Are you still going through the same pain or have you found any remedy?
From my understanding, your back issues would suggest that you stay AWAY from a chiropractor
See a spinal specialist. At 16, you’re quite young for these issues
So it’s around a year later. I’m still having lower back pain. I’ve seen multiple surgeons and specialists. I am going again in about a week to discuss potential surgery.
