Pain 6 mo. after back surgery

Started by Sichani on 01/03/2019 10:08pm

I was told I had 2 compression fractures and needed back surgery. When they got in there they said my spine was crumbling. They ended up putting 4 screws and 2 rods in. Recovery was awful. PT made the pain so much worse. Its been 6 months and the pain is getting worse and I can feel the "hardware" and the part of the spine that sticks out. I also had a pressure sore right over the spine that hasn't healed yet but it was not infected. What can I try to lessen or stop the excruciating pain. I can't live with this much longer. I cry constantly and walk bent over like a gorilla. Please someone help me!
