Thecal sac

Hi all i just wondering if a indentation on the thecal sac be the cause of my problems.

So i had a ct done the doctor that did it said it was all fine. So i dont think my doctor looked at it but i trying to work out if that it the reason for my numb leg its been numb for about a month and driving me crazy i have really bad headaches today i have a burning in another spot that is worst when i walk. That's what caused me to look at the ct off my back results to see if it said anything. Below is what it says.

Findings:
Normal alignment.
No loss of vertebral body height.
The disc spaces are preserved.

Level L2-L3:
No disc pathology.
No foraminal encroachment.
The facet joints appear normal.

Level L3-L4:
No disc pathology.
No foraminal encroachment.
The facet joints appear normal.

Level L4-L5:
Mild broad based bulging disc indenting the anterior thecal sac.
The L4 nerve roots exit freely.
No bony encroachment of the neural foramina.
The facet joints appear normal.

Level L5-S1:
Mild posterior bulging disc.
The L5 nerve roots exit freely.
No obvious compromise of the traversing S1 nerve roots.
The facet joints appear normal.

Comment:
No disc pathology.
The facet joints appear normal.
No cause for presenting symptoms identified

I have also had loss of balance from being so dizzy its my lower left leg that is numb the most but my right is a little. The doctor gave me some tablets to help.with balance.
