Post ACDF

I had ACDF surgery a year ago and I am still in chronic neck pain and have horrible headaches. That never go away. All my films keep coming back normal. So they suggested PT. Already did PT and it didn’t help actually made things worse. Anybody else have the same experience? What has helped with the pain? I really feel that no one believes me that I’m in a lot of pain all the time. Oh, also tried an epidural block no relief what so ever. No more shots they don’t help
