Hi Every one, Recently I came across left leg pain which starts after 4 minutes once I start walking . It starts from left hip muscle catch like feeling, radiating pain at left thigh, pain above left calf muscles & pain St left ankle joint. No back pain & any uneasiness observed. This pain was there during sleeping. While sitting everything ok. Finally in MRI report the analysis is disc protrusion at L3-L4, L4-L5 & L5-S1 positions. At L4-L5 level the disc protrusion causing compression of Cauda Equine Nerve roots . Now I am under medication of FBren 50 mg morning & night after food and Rejunex OD in afternoon after food. Also under complete rest . Feeling better after 3 days after the treatment started. I have doubts why I gave not felt back pain? What us the reason? O have buldge st 3 places what is the reason as I have not done any heavy physical activities except exercises daily morning. What are all the precautions I need to take. How much time it takes to come back to normal. Kindly suggest do's and don'ts to be followed to come out of this problem. Except leg pain I am not facing any problem. Hope community members will guide me.
