Spondylosis and osteoporosis bad left hip

its been 3 years , constant pain even on meds , i use to be active dancing and gym and 2 years back i was advised to do Pilatus , which was great because of my dancing background , my pain just got worse , i tried it for about 6 months , ,
i stopped , and i am doing no excercise which is not good at all , way?? becausei dont know what i am allowed to do because of the hip aswell ,
after the bone indensity scan after 18 months and since then i have been on OSTEOBON 70 AND i did the scan yesterday again my body still worsened ,
i dont know what to do
going back to my GP on Tuesday and to the back specialist on the 1 st Feb .
medication ?
excercise ?
i have to stay mobile and only exercise can do that not to fuse
