Help with MRI results

Started by 662303697@facebook on 01/28/2020 12:23pm

Impression
1. Cervical spine MRI is partly limited secondary to patient motion. C4 through C6 post surgical changes are present with anterior ferromagnetic signal resulting in some image distortion.
2. C6-7, 2 mm broad disc bulge/protrusion indents the thecal sac and approximates the ventral cervical cord with mild/moderate central canal stenosis. There is mild/moderate right greater than left C6-7 spondylitic neural foraminal narrowing.

Does this mean that my fusion failed? I didn't think you could have bulging disc where you were fused? I am fused from C4-C7. I see my dr Thursday was just wondering if anyone had experience with this?

How did your visit go? There's lots of great new scientific data that changes how we understand things like this. Let me know if you'd like to see the new stuff, it's really good. Much better results than our old understandings.
