Advice for painful Spinal Stenosis
I have recently developed a very painful neck condition called Spinal Stenosis, that was the diagnosis of the neurosurgeon. It has been over 2 months and if I stop taking the muscle relaxer and vicodin the pain is un-bearable.I have had 6 physical therapy sessions and it has helped a little bit.I love playing Golf.Is this over for me?How long does it take to recover I am starting to lose hope.I want to avoid sugery and I hear that only a small portion of people that have this need surgery.Does this sound familiar to anyone?has anyone found something that has worked?

Physical therapy is great, but you must do your therapy as prescribed.
Acupuncture is also a great treatment. However, one must check the certification of anyone that claims they can preform acupuncture.
