Ketamine Infusions

Started by keirdear on 03/24/2020 12:58am

Hi,
I am new to this group and this is the first online community I have ever joined. I would really appreciate it, if there is anyone in this group who has gone through Ketamine Infusion Therapy, giving me there feedback on their experience. I am scheduled for my first 4 hour 4 day treatment on April 15th. I have had chronic back and neck pain for several decades from many different causes, DDD, stenosis, piriformis syndrome etc.... Osteoporosis, TMJ, osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia are other sources of pain. I live in Colorado and am on my states Medicaid and collect SSI. If you have any other suggestions I would be grateful for that feedback as well. Short of surgery I have tried a lot of different therapies. I was started on steroid shots in the early 80's before there was a protocol on the maximum amount that should be given to a patient in a year. I developed the Osteoporosis because of the overuse. FYI for you all out there, it is my understanding that for each shot your body loses 8% bone.

Thank you in advance,
Keir
