MRI results

Got something to run by anyone's opinions on

Technique
Routine MRI lumbar spine without contrast.

Findings:
Minimal retrolisthesis of L5 on S1. Alignment is otherwise
unremarkable. Lumbar vertebral body heights are maintained. Focal fat
versus small hemangioma in the L4 vertebral body, unchanged. Marrow
signal is otherwise unremarkable. Imaged portions of the spinal cord
demonstrate normal size and signal intensity. Conus terminates at the
L1-L2 level.

Sagittal imaging at T11-T12 and T12-L1 is unremarkable.

L1-2
Facet arthrosis and intact dorsal disc margin with no spinal canal or
foraminal stenosis.

L2-3
Facet arthrosis and tiny disc bulge producing mild spinal canal
stenosis, mild left foraminal stenosis and moderate right foraminal
stenosis. Degree of right foraminal stenosis appears worse compared to
the prior exam.

L3-4
Borderline congenital narrowing. Facet arthrosis and mild spondylosis
producing mild spinal canal stenosis, moderate right foraminal
stenosis, and moderate to severe left foraminal stenosis.

L4-5
Borderline congenital narrowing. Facet arthrosis and left eccentric
broad-based disc bulge, which extends into the left neural foramen.
Findings produce mild to moderate right and moderate left foraminal
stenosis without spinal canal stenosis.

L5-S1
Minimal retrolisthesis of L5 on S1 and facet arthrosis. Findings
produce mild bilateral foraminal stenosis without spinal canal
stenosis.

Impression
1. Mild spinal canal stenosis at L2-L3 and L3-L4.
2. Multilevel foraminal stenosis, which is most prominent on the right
L2-L3 and L3-L4 and on the left at L4-L5.
